Booking
A session is confirmed once you receive an email from us with the date, time and practitioner.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations are charged in full, except in genuine emergencies.
Payment
Fees are paid after each session by card or bank transfer. Sliding-scale places are agreed in advance.
Online sessions
You’re responsible for a private space and stable connection. If the call drops, we’ll call you back or reschedule at no cost.
Limits of our service
We are not an emergency service. If you are at risk, contact your local emergency number.
